Shipping
In stock orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are usually processed Monday thru Saturday unless a holiday is involved. Most packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise notified.
While we have tried our best to estimate the correct shipping charges necessary if the shipping charge is significantly over-calculated a refund will be issued to you. If the shipping charge is significantly under-calculated we may contact you to request additional shipping.
Any shipping or transit times offered to you by this site or other parties are considered an estimate. Black Mountain Dog Gear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, shipping companies or other external factors.
Warranties
All of our products are handmade. Any defects in manufacturing are warrantied for up to 1 year, provided there has been only normal wear & tear to the item. In other words, if the stitching comes undone on a collar we will fix it. If your custom-knit hat starts to unravel, we will fix it. But if your dogs had a tug-o-war with it and ripped it to shreds? Well then, we'll be happy to sell you a new one!
Returns
We will gladly refund or exchange any standard item within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns of custom-made items if we feel they can not be resold but adjustments to sizing & fit will always be made. Fulfillment mistakes which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return and shipping costs will be refunded on those.
To make a return or exchange please first for return instructions. Any item returned with significant dog hair on it will incur a 5.00 cleaning fee.
